Beck DeTrempe (they/he) is a queer non-binary disabled + neurodivergent person based on stolen indigenous Seminole, Miccosukee, and Mascogo land (AKA Oviedo, Florida, USA)*.
Beck founded Basically Wonderful in 2021 after noticing a lack of accessible and intersectional spaces. They hope to continue to create more welcoming spaces and offerings that benefit their disabled & queer peers.

Gia (she/her) is a neurodivergent and queer black trans woman. She’s also more commonly known by the name “Gaia” in the Orlando community, and will happily answer to both names!
Gia is a creative that likes to express herself through many interests. She’s also passionate about curating fun and creative safe spaces for members of marginalized communities to share and explore interests at no costs, risks, or pressure.

Nicole Torres (she/they) is the co-facilitator for the If You Give a Trans Person a Book Club + Queer Media Club. They're also a part-time student in computer science. In their spare time, they like watching anime, playing video games, and listening to audiobooks.
Malik Ever (they/them) is a trans/nonbinary, queer and 1st generation Algerian American filmmaker. Called by Phindie “a heart-wrenching and hilarious physical theatre performer and writer,” They have received a LeeWay Art for Change Grant and an Arts Council of Northern Ireland Grant. Ever made the transition to film with the short THIS COULD BE THE PLACE. Their short film, GORDITX, premiered at GLAFF And has gone on to screen at Queer2Queer (Audience Favorite), LGBT+ Toronto (Best Directing), Cleveland International, Outfest Fusion, Sioux City (Best Comedy), and Vancouver Queer Film Festival. They are part of the 2023 Sundance Trans Possibilities Lab with their feature script, “GutBucket.” Ever holds an MFA in Directing from the AFI Conservatory.
I’m Caroline (they/she), a non-binary, multiracial individual. I have lived experience with mental illness/neurodivergence. I have a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I am recently certified as a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist in the state of Florida. In my personal time, I enjoy creating art, creative writing, reading, listening to music, thrift shopping, learning about spirituality/astrology, being in nature, and partaking in mindful movement (aerial yoga and Lyra).
I'm A (ze/zir/zirs)! I'm passionate about creating affirming representation and inclusive spaces. I'm a queer, neurodivergent mobility aid user. I have a love for reading, writing, art, and music!
